Stiftsgartenbier
Stiftsgartenbier is brewed without smoke and according to a historic recipee. It is of amber color, full flavored and has a pleasant bitterness. As beers in the past it is today also unfiltered. The yeast contributes to the full and complex aroma. With an alcohol contenct of 5.7% it makes a connection to the historic character of beers back then.
